Does anyone know a reputable source for this info? We're also curious if their breakfast menu is the same as usual, as well--but we're particularly interested in the dinner menu. Thanks!

I checked online and this is all I found for 2014 hope it helps.
Many dining locations at Walt Disney World create special meals for guests who would like to share a holiday meal with their loved ones on Thanksgiving. Some locations offer a special Thanksgiving menu just for this day while other locations offer additional Thanksgiving specialties in addition to their regular menu.
Most venues will offer the special meal on Thanksgiving day alone. This is one holiday that is celebrated on the actual date and not for several days before and after.
That said I found the item below is from a few years ago, not saying it will be the same this year but it might.
Chef Mickey's - Thanksgiving items on the buffet: oven-roasted turkey, parmesan mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, glazed carrots, cornbread stuffing with wild cherries, green beans and roasted root vegetables.
