We have done chef mickey a few times breakfast and dinner we like it. should we swap it out for the backyard BBQ for a change? I can't find much info

Chef mickey or mickey backyard BBQ?

If you are on the dining plan I would probably stick with Chef Mickey's (it is 1 credit vs 2). If you are paying cash, I would give it a whirl.

The BBQ offers more interaction with the characters. It is even more kid-friendly than Chef Mickey.

The BBQ is great! We enjoyed it way more then chef mickeys. Only down side is getting there. We were staying at the contemporary and planned on taking the boat there but because of storms it wasn't running. Ended up we got the hotel to drive us over in a big club van (there were 10 of us). Wound up being a bit late but my 4 yr old son had the best time. He was able to dance with his favorite pals Chip and Dale.
I think we will try it we have a car so getting around is no problem

We are doing the BBQ for the first time in August. There are so many mixed reviews but we're still going to try it!

The food and eating in that hotel and it is really easily to get to and the atmosphere

Also remember the BBQ is outside. We were there in august and it was quite warm but very tolerable inside the pavilion
