Checked Baggage

My wife and I are going on a Disney Cruise in April and was wondering if we flew Jetblue or Airtran home how do you pay for your baggage fee if you do the airline checkin on the boat?

I believe there is a number that you can call to pay the fee. That is what we did when we were in Disney last month.
