If you are using Garden Grocer or something like that just for water and other beverages/snacks, you might want to save yourself some money and follow this tip. It appeared in today's AllEars Weekly Newsletter:

I just returned from WDW and found a great place on the Disney bus route to get water without having to take a city bus to Goodings. The Hess Mart across from Downtown Disney West Side (Planet Hollywood) sells 24 17-oz. bottles of water for $4.99 (as well as other beverages). Take the DTD bus to the West Side stop and walk across the street to the Hess Mart. The DTD buses only stop at the West Side starting at 11 a.m. (which was something I didn't know). Thanks to the bellman at Saratoga Springs for the tip about the water.

Technically it's the Pleasure Island stop, not the West Side, if you listening for the announcement. The actual West Side bus stops (down past Cirque and HoB) haven't been used in many years.

The Hess station near the Boardwalk is also a convenient walk from all of the Crescent Lake resorts by walking to the far end of the Boardwalk parking lot and using the crosswalk to get over to it.

Thanks t!hat can save a lot of money since it it is at least 5.00 a draw

Somehow I missed this when it was posted.

A bunch of my family was at WDW last October.

My brother walked onto the DTD bus to return to AKL with two cases. A bunch of people on the bus looked pretty jealous. :)

The Hessmart is where he walked over to, to buy them from.
