Characters!

Hi all! I'm going to Disney World for spring break in less than 3 weeks! I am going with some friends who have never been there before and they want to meet the characters. We are all teachers and are going to bring back autographs/pictures to show our students. ( I teach Kinder and 2 others teach 3rd)

Which characters can be found on Main Street in the mornings? I also know that the Animation Studios has a bunch of characters throughout the day. Does anyone know which ones we will have a good chance of meeting?

On Main Street, you've got Mickey Mouse & the Princesses right in the Town Square Theater. Throughout the day, you'll see various characters at the beginning of Main Street as well. Usually they are main characters like Goofy, Pluto, Chip/Dale, & Donald. I've also seen Mary Poppins, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, and others from time to time.

When you enter the park, be sure to pick up a Times Guide. It will tell you which characters are sure to be out, the times, and where to find them. It's a great way to maximize your character meet & greets.

The Animation Studios currently has The Incredibles, Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse (probably Sorcerer Mickey but I could be wrong). I'm going by Steve Soares Times Guide - it could change when you go in 3 weeks. But when you enter the park, the current Times Guide will have listings. I've seen some rare characters in the Animation Studios from time to time. It's a great place to meet a lot of them at once.

Character listing sites come and go. Probably the most detailing listing currently available is kennythepirate.com He usually has the set times for each character along with their locations. Steve Soares has good information as well, but his isn't usually as detailed as Kenny's is.
