Characters Meeting with Tsum Tsums?

I met Ariel on Friday at MK, her and I talked for about 15 mins, she had a lot to say! Anyway, my little sis brought her Sebastian Tsum Tsum, and Ariel took out her flounder one. Will characters starting meeting with Tsums of there friends who can't be there? Like Olaf for Anna? Just wondering
