Character Meals

Well i've been to a few. I've been to Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club Resort, which actually isn't as good as it used to be. One that I would DEFINITELY reccommend hands down is Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort. They always have plenty of characters (Mickey, Goofy, Minnie, Chip, Dale, Donald etc.) and it's a lot of fun for people of all ages. My family and I went there the last time we were there, and my parents fell in love with it. I'm 19 and my sister is 23 and believe me we didn't feel out of place. 2 thumbs up, great family fun :)

Crystal Palace.

Before they brought back the early entry into the parks you could make a reservation at CP an hour before the park opened then after you ate you could go and stand in front of the rope to enter the area as soon as they took down the rope.

I have to agree with my fellow Buffalonian on this one....

Chef Mickey's is really a fun place to eat! I recommend trying the breakfast if it fits into your schedule better! It's also a little cheaper than the dinner.

The layout is very conducive to a LOT of character interaction, and the service and food have always been good! I found the food areas to be a lot less congested than at other character buffets, which makes it nicer too.

The characters are always out in full force and having a ball with us when we are there, and the picture they take of your party as you enter is a great keepsake too.

Best of all, it's easy to get to, and gives you a great excuse to check out the shops and other areas of the Contemporary Hotel you may not otherwise have had a chance to!
