Character Luggage Tags

Did they stop including the character luggage tags in with the magic band packages?

Got our MB's yesterday and nothing.

We only booked the hotel via DVC and bought annual passes which we have not claimed yet (will do on the 1st day). Are the tags only for full packages, or did they stop them altogether?

I think they only ship with MYW Package documents.
