Character Breakfasts

Has anybody been to the character breakfast at the Beach Club? I have reservations there for our first morning at Disney! I would like to hear how anybody liked it. My sons love Chip and Dale and I love Goofy. We heard they are at this breakfast. If you have any tips let me know. Thank you!

Bring your camera and film. You'll be taking plenty of photos. I've done other meals with characters and loved it every time. I'm sure you'll enjoy this one You'll meet all the character by the end of the meal, so don't worry about not being able to see them.

I'm not familiar with the breakfast at the Beach Club.

Chip, Dale, and Goofy are at Hollywood and Vine in MGM. It's a buffett. The same can be said about Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary.

I'm thinking they are at more, but I'm not positive.

They dropped the character meals at the buffet restaurant at the Studios (next to 50s prime time cafe). I was there for dinner one night and they said it's gone. Most likely...another cutback.

I think sometime last year. I did the character meal spring last year with my friend. I guess it was gone by summer???

I ate lunch at Hollywood and Vine 2 days ago... it's still there. They're doing Breakfast and Lunch with the characters

just wondering...is the new princess b'fast in Norway as hard to get into as the one at the castle??? Do you give a credit card for that reservation like at the castle? Just curious. Can't wait to see what experiences people have had at Norways new B'fast! We just love those character meals!

it isn't too hard.. they usually have room 10 days out. No credit card required, american style buffet, approx $16 per person

Thanks for the info mktiggerman. We had one heck of a time getting into the b'fast at Cinderellas...we were at WDW for ten days and it took the full ten days for us to get lucky enough to get through and get a seating...well worth it..of course like a week later they announced the credit card requirement...I don't know if it has become any easier..but it was a highlight of our trip for the girls, one we would do again..and now we cant wait to try the one in Norway!

I'm just a little curious, whenever I've been to World Showcase it has always opened later than the rest of the park. Does Norway now open earlier so you can have breakfast?

Wasnt there a Villian Dinner? If anyone knows about it I would like to know where it is. It seams that the characters are always the same. Do they have Special B-L-D Characters? Like say Dinner with Baloo??

The villians dinner was discontinued back in 2001. It was at the Grand Floridian.

I asked about this when I made our PS for the breakfast (November 30th--I can't wait). I was told our names will be on a list and a cast member will let us through the ropes, but that World Showcase is still closed until 11:00. It sounds like it will be handled much like PSs for Cindy's and Crystal Palace that are for earlier than MK opens.
