Changing a Room Reservation

I am planning on going to WDW Oct. 3-8. I am wondering, though, if I make the reservation for a room at Pop Century & a discount code would come out between now & then, would I be able to change the reservation easily? I am talking about either a general public code or a Disney Visa code. If the code won't save me a lot of money, I probably wouldn't switch the reservation because I already changed the days I planning on so I could get the value season rates, which saved me about $100. By doing that, I also changed my dates so I wouldn't be flying on a Sunday, saving me close to $80 for two people for airfare. Should I book now & try to change the reservation if I get a code or book it & leave it how it is?

Keep an eye out for the codes. If something comes out, call and see if you can have it applied to your reservation. Ususally, its not a problem. However, you may not be able to get pref. rooms or even at the same resort. But you can find all of that out when you call. Early bird gets the worm so to speak as these rooms are usually very limited. Good luck!

I've changed my reservations before doing what you want to do. It was pure luck, but I'm a Florida resident so we get better deals than others.
