Two pieces of information of coming changes if you're flying Southwest.
I received a notice from Southwest that starting November 1 they are changing how you will board. Passengers will board in smaller groups based on boarding group (A, B or C) and the number on your boarding pass. No more lining up for cattle calls. The other piece of information came from a flight attendant, so take it with a grain of salt. On one of my flights last week he announced that starting Nov. 1 only passengers needing assistance will preboard. Parents with young children will board after group A.
