Change All Star Sports and Music?

I think that all the regulars to the resorts know that anyone who stays at an All Star almost always wants to stay at the Movies. So, I think that the Sports and Music should be redone to the Disney Movies theme. There are still so many movies that Disney could use and they would finally solve the problem of not being able to fill the Sports and Music. Any thoughts? What movies would you place in the buildings?

I would say Lion King, Bugslife, Cinderalla, and Snow White.

We stayed in All Star Movies last year and had hoped for Pop Century this year but they arnt ready for the time of our stay
By default we get kicked in to music. Is there any advantage to this? Is it quieter than Movies because its less popular? Otherwise we're going to request movies because like everyone else, if we have to chose between a lifesize Pongo and cowboy boots, we're gonna go for the spotty dog.

Yeah we just got done staying at the 101 dalmations. I requested a corner room on the 1st floor and got exactly what I wanted. Plus I got my room right next to the parking lot, since I choose to drive myself.

I stayed at the All-star movies Herbry the love bug build, last Dec. It was very cool, but I don't know if they should get rid of the others. Since I don't stay in the hotel that much while I am there it doesn't matter what kind of building it is. And since it is the newest of the 3 All-Stars it might just be the most popular for now but when the Pop Century opens they problaly will a decline of people coming.

I agree with you. I do not think they should get rid of the other two either. I remember when both the Music and Sports opened up years ago and they were just as popular as the Movies is now. I think people choose it mainly because it is "newer" and maybe because kids can "relate" to the movies theme more than the others. To me, they are all cool and fun! You are right....wait until Pop Century opens... you may see a bit of a decline in the Movies!!

I think they should make an All-Star Princess Resort. They could use all of the Disney Princesses. My daughter would "love" that.

I would have thought that the newsest hotel was gonna be the most sort after for obvious reasons..

but, I would guess that the movies/sports hotels will be re-themed in the future as people can relate much easier to the movie themed hotels - especially children.

I've not had the pleasure of staying onsite, but if I was to stay at an all star resort I, too, would want the movies resort for that reason.

All Stars

All Star movies may be the most sought after now because it is the newest but I wouldn't bet on a retheming of music and sports just yet. The overall Disney occupancy rate is 85-95% for most of the year with certain weeks being 100 all the time. Since the All Stars have opened the lowest occupancy that has been reported since there opening (this past week excluded) was around 96-97% full. So not only are all three of them the largest properties on Disney but they also have the most people and the highest occupancy rates in Disney.

I hope they dont chang, I haven't been able to stay in Sports yet and that's the one I've wanted to stay in for a while. I was also hoping in April to stay in the Pop entury one but seeing as it would only of been open a month and I haven't made reservations, i doubt that. After thinking of that I thought, hey I still got the Sports...But if they DO change thm...i want Snow White, A Bugz life, Aladdin (For some reason lol) aaaaaaand...other...stuff

Only time will tell I guess

I wouldn't have thought Disney would delay the opening as it's not til next March - but things may change
