Celebration Dinner

Hello everyone, so my wife and I are planning a trip for November 8-13 down to WDW, we are running in the Wine and Dine Half Marathon and at some point want to have a celebratory dinner on our trip. (we have done Ohana in the past, that's where I proposed to her) I am just looking for other suggestions on places everyone enjoys dinner at WDW? I realize my selection will be limited by making a "late" reservation, but I would really love to get your opinions none the less. Thanks!

Coral Reef, Chefs de France, Rose & Crowne, Tokyo Dining (Epcot)
Hollywood Brown Derby, Mama Melrose's (DHS)
