Is it permanent?

It's as permanent as any segment in that show. Aside from the opening and closing segments, I think pretty much any of the segments can be switched out or replaced as the show creators want. However, Frozen is very popular and that is a great segment, so it'll probably stay for awhile!

Thanks! I just read that is was part of limited time magic through January 5th but it seems like that isn't the case anymore.

Yes because that isn't a video of Celebrate the Magic, that's a video of Disney Dreams in Disneyland Paris. Completely different show and castle.

Just because the video was recently uploaded to YouTube doesn't mean it couldn't be from before the Frozen segment was added. I'm 99% sure that Frozen is still part of CTM. If anyone who's actually been there would like to confirm though please do.

I posted a comment on there and they said it was recorded in march so it wasn't there yet.

I can confirm. It's still there.
I imagine it lasting through atleast the beginning of spring.

Considering how popular Frozen is and the fact that "Let It Go" is nominated for an Oscar and practically a brand new iconic song for the Disney song catalog, I can imagine the segment being here for awhile too.
