Hi all, I am planning a surprise trip for my wife in May. I need to make our ADR's but want to make sure there is no sign on the bank statement before I do all that. I dont want to ruin the surprise! Thanks all!

Unless your booking something that requires payment at time of booking (Hoop, CRT, etc.) then you won't see anything on your bank statement for ADRs. Your CC info is taken in the event that you are a no show and is only charged after the ADR date had passed in the event you don't show.

You could always take out your own CC so that any payments / deposits don't appear on a joint account statement

It may not appear on statements, but when you make any reservation at WDW, a $1 hold is put on the credit card. This shows up immediately on things like Mint or any CC app or website.
