CBR - contacting re room / area request

I read somewhere that you can put a comment when you check in online, but I used the app and it didnt offer me any chance to put any comments?!

Does anyone have a way to contact CBR without having to phone Disney, as its costly from the UK, so much easier for me to email if I can.

I don't know if it's supposed to work differently for international guests, but whenever I've done online check-in (most recently, a couple of weeks ago), the only choices I have are to click pre-selected options (e.g., near elevator, near lobby, ground floor, etc.). There's no place on the online check-in menu to manually type anything.

If you want to make any other, more specific request (e.g., a room in building such-and-such), you'd have to call, or fax it. If you subscribe to a site like touringplans, they offer a form you can fill out for a room request fax, and they will send it for you a few days before you arrive.

How did you book?

If you booked through a travel agent, they need to add the request for you. Otherwise there is a free phone number from the U.K.
