CBR -- Breakfast Hours

Does anybody know if the grab and go at CBR opens at 6:00 or 6:30? The official Disney site says 6:30, but many other places I see references 6:00, and most other resorts seem to have breakfast starting at 6:00.

Just wondering as we are staying there for 2 weeks in June and are early risers and usually like breakfast and coffee early.

I haven't been, but did some googling and saw this review: http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2018/...rket-at-disney-worlds-caribbean-beach-resort/ - they posted an image of the Grab n Go sign with the hours of 6:30am opening...

I wasn't sure if maybe this opened earlier for those days that the MK or other parks had early magic hours, but I didn't find anything on that.
