CBF's 3/8 Update: It's Madness, I tell ya!

No decent pics today guys. It was insanely crowded again! It was a combination of the "Natural Products Expo" and the Birthday Promo this time around. So today I'll give you just a rundown of what I saw yesterday.

At DCA:

• The maze of walls around the entrance to Paradise Pier got new DCA 2012 maps like the one in the Blue Sky Cellar that I showed in the last update.
• The last remnants of the Mickey Ears on Screamin' have been removed. A perfect circle remains
• The Bolt Pre-parade that was running in front of the Parade of Dreams is now running in front of the Pixar Play Parade while the Disneyland parade is set to debut on 3/26

Over at DL

• The Main Street repaving project is on hold 'til after Spring Break, there are only walls covering the China shop.
• The Celebration Round Up BBQ (Big Thunder Ranch) is coming along nicely.
• Nothing missing from Pirates
• Space Mountain is as awesome as ever.

Again, sorry for not taking pics this week. If you saw the wall-to-wall crowds, you would understand.

On a side note, I'm only going to be able to go no more than once a month now, the economy is starting to take it's toll on me finally.

Quick question - I'm planning to be in DL the first week of May - will they still be repaving at that point? You mentioned it being delayed until after spring break...

It's not too much left to do. Just the other side of Town Square. The right side only took about two weeks to do. It should be done by May.

The paving project going on hold is the best news I could have hoped for. I'll be there at the start of April so (fingers crossed) I should get to see it in all it's glory! (china shop excluded of course)

I just saw that the new parade debuts March 27th, so it's most likely that the repaving project is done, because Spring Break crowds are already here, there's no time to do any more work before the parade starts.
