CB to Dolphin transfer

Any suggestions for the best way to do a transfer from Caribbean Beach to the Dolphin? I've always done Disney to Disney resort transfers or had access to a car. Does anyone know if they will send my luggage for me and I can just head to the parks in the am and check in later in the day? I'm guessing no, but it's worth a shot.

Otherwise I'm guessing taxi would be the best bet.

We moved from the swan to WL one year and it was no different than a WDW resort to another. I would call to see if WDW moves to the dolphin as I know it works the other way. Good luck.
