Cast Member Question

Hi, would a cast member be allowed to wear some small transparent earplugs while working at Disney?
I have recently come to the conclusion that I have quite sensitive hearing and working around loud music and noises all the time really messes me up!
You can still engage in conversations with these earplugs

(guy in picture is not me, just a pic of the earplugs)

I would say that it would depend on several factors- your leadership, your medical documentation, your role, and where you're working. If you're working in a place that doesn't have loud sounds (and there are actually a lot of places in and around Disney that don't) then you won't need them.

I'd say yes but highly dependent on your role. For example, it may be permitted if you were working at a food cart or parade control, but perhaps not allowed in a safety critical position at an attraction.
