This may have already been discussed here on another post, but I am coming down for a short non-Disney trip to Orlando, and am actually going to spend a 1/2 day (12-close) in Magic Kingdom. I have a CM friend I worked with during my College Program who is going to Main Gate me for the day. I know they used to give you the standard paper tickets, but with Magic Bands now being the norm, will I be able to get/use a Magic Band with the Main Gate ticket, or will I have to use the Fastpass+ kiosks? I'm going on a Wednesday in mid-January, post Marathon Weekend, so I'm not expecting to need to use the Fastpass much anyways, but I was just wondering if I would be able to use the Magic Bands and all the perks that come with it?
