Cast member housing (tierra vista)

Hello,
I have been doing my research and it seems like a lot of DW CM are living at Tierra Vista and Buena Vista place.. Can anyone give me insight on these two places? I've looked up reviews and they make it out to be horrible places to live. Is there anywhere else I should consider also?

I knew a few people who live at Buena Vista Place, all I have to say is you get what you pay for there. Not great but not terrible. If you are up for having roommates there are usually better places to stay at for cheaper.

I can imagine hearing fireworks every night is lovely- depending on your schedule.
