Hello. Part time CM here myself. Currently transferred over to DHS for Attractions - Fastpass Kiosks from Epcot Outdoor Foods/Festivals.
Yes, we can enter the parks anyway unless the company says otherwise.
We can get 3 people into the 4 WDW parks, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure at Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Paris and Walt Disney Studios park in Disneyland Paris Resort, and Hong Kong Disneyland a total of 16 times a year.
**be warned blackout dates only apply for guest admittance, cast members never blackout.

CM's do black out at times. For the last 24hr day CM's were blacked out of MK.
CPs (College Program) and CTs (Casual Temporary) are 6 times a year. For PT and FT (to my understanding) up to a certain number of service years it's 16 a year. Beyond that service date it's essentially unlimited with blackouts applying.
Typically, though, blackouts are only at MK.

Only Salaried Cast, Long time service cast, and Disney Legacy Award recipients can get unlimited uses for their main gate
