Sending my sincere thanks and deepest appreciation to Sadie in Tech support! She is the best - so helpful, kind and knowledgable! Sadie truly cares about helping guests navigate 'My Disney Experience", and cheerfully answered all my questions about Fast Passes, attractions, etc. Sadie was a pleasure to speak with and made my day Magical! :happy: joanie m.
