Has anyone stayed in the Cars Suites at Art of Animation?
We extended our upcoming trip this fall and will be moving from Fort Wilderness to a Cars Suite at Art of Animation for 4 days.

Are the suites comfortable for a family of 4?

Is the food court vegan friendly?
We usually stay at Fort Wilderness Cabins with a kitchen due to our dietary needs.

Any one have any nice photos of the suites?

The suites will have plenty of room for a family of 4.

The food court does have vegan options, but they are a little limited.

Breakfast menu

Lunch/dinner menu

The suite does have a microwave and a mini-fridge. It will not be as good as the cabins full kitchen, but it will be better than what you would have in a regular room.

Four of you should fit quite nice and the 2nd bathroom is great to have. We were a little cramped with 6, but the kids loved the themes. I believe there are some vegan options, but not at every food station. You can check out my whole review here: http://www.wdwmagic.com/resorts/disneys-art-of-animation-resort/reviews.htm -it's the one titled "Great Place to Stay For Families." I also don't agree with the 1 star reviews above my review- giving the Little Mermaid rooms 1 star for being a long walk to the front desk/food is really to harsh for the amount of guests staying onsite at WDW.

We were in Cars Suites last summer for two weeks....two adults and three teen / tween girls. We had plenty of room. It was nice that the girls had their own bathroom and they rotated on who had a bed to themselves..although the youngest always wanted to be on the pull down table bed. Mousekeepers were great at keeping kitchen items stocked or over stocked with bowls, cups, plates, plastic ware, paper towels, coffee, creamer, etc., We were on the 4th floor and our rooms looked out over the cozy cone pool area. We were not too far from the main pool either or the food court. We aren't vegan so I can't speak to that. But the buses were great, we had our own van and never in two full weeks did we feel the need to drive ourselves. Take time to walk around for photos and have a great trip!

The Cars suites are my personal favorites at AoA! I've stayed in the Nemo area as well, but to me as someone traveling with no family, I found those rooms a bit "tacky". The Cars section however is very nice, the Cars theme is everywhere and the colors are very toned down. Plus if you can snag one early in the day, the Cars sections offers these "Cozy Cones" around the pool as little guest gazebos. I'd definitely recommend AoA for your upcoming trip, it's a great resort!

We stayed in the Lion King suites. The rooms are identical only the theme is different. You will find them very roomy for a family of 4. We were 4 + grandma and still had plenty of room to spare. It's basically 2 Value rooms combined.

The Cars area was one of the two best at AoA. It's a toss-up between Cars and Nemo. Nemo has the advantage of the Big Blue Pool. But the Cars section has a very nice quiet pool.

Master Yoda posted the menus.

We stayed at Cars in AoA - 5 (large) Adults and 2 toddlers - we were quite comfortable. My sister is an "almost" vegan (stricker than a vegetarian but not all the way vegan) and she ate comfortably at AoA and found the food to her pleasing.
