This was posted by Cosmic Commando in the massive Cars Land thread, but I thought it deserved its own little thread just so everyone has a chance to see it and react quickly if going to the park this weekend.
A note from Al Lutz this morning on Miceage.com sums it up...
Uh-oh! I'm glad I bought a Luigi's Flying Tires hat last weekend! And I only have one cone cup from the Cozy Cone Motel (and almost bought a second one), but I'm glad I got one. I asked about a Soundtrack CD and was told it would "be coming in later this week", and now it's already sold out!!!
I even bought a Luigi's Flying Tires attenna topper, and neither of my cars have radio antennas!
You would think they would have stocked enough of this great Cars Land merchandise to get them through the full summer, instead of running out of stuff within one full week of opening. Who the heck is in charge of the merchandise selection and stocking process for these stores?!? They need a little talking to apparently.

EDITOR’S NOTE 6/23: The cone themed drink cups at the Cozy Cone Motel are now sold out, after they went through what was supposed to be an entire summer's worth of stock in one week. The Cars Land soundtrack CD is also sold out, the Luigi's tire hats will be gone by the end of this weekend, and the Lightning McQueen popcorn bucket isn't far behind. New stock of all these land-specific items won't be shipped from China until late July or August. But there is still plenty of generic One Disney merchandise available in the Curios shop. - Al Lutz
