Cars 3 (Open Brainstorming)

I have an idea for a second sequel to the 2006 Pixar film Cars where Lightning McQueen is kidnapped by gangster cars from the 1920s and is forced to recruit history's most hated cars. All problems ensue when Chick Hicks' ancestors return and swear revenge on Lightning's ancestors. I don't know what'll happen in the story but I want to make a sequel that shows respect for the first two films but has stuff that you wouldn't expect. There would be cars named Ivan the Tire-able and Atilla the Vun

That's a good name for the character I originally thought up as Al Carpone. One thing I don't want to do is too add too many elements that would make this look like a ripoff of Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.
