Carry on alcohol policy

I’m asking this for a friend, since it has been a few years since I cruised.

She is going in March of 19, and was asking me about what she can carry on. Last time I went, I was able to carry on a case of beer, but I’ve heard that has changed. What is the current policy?

Disney Cruise Line Guests 21 years and older may bring a maximum of 2 bottles of unopened wine or champagne (no larger than 750 ml) or 6 beers (no larger than 12 ounces) on board at the beginning of the voyage and at each port of call. These beverages must be packed in carry-on (not checked) bags or luggage.

At embarkation they are pretty lenient. Not so much at the ports of call.
