Carousel of Progress NOT reopening?

I called information at least three times and they said that Guest Relations reports that Carousel of Progress has no scheduled date to reopen. Today, I asked a representative who connected with attractions and the official stated that Carousel of Progress will NOT be opening during the holidays. However, he said that it MAY reopen in mid-January.

So I guess what it boils down to is...it depends who you TALK to as to if the C.O.P. is staying or going.

I say let's drop this subject and lets just wait and SEE.
You can talk to anyone you want from the castmembers to the management. Lets all QUIT trying to second guess the Corporation. Some of us have talked to Disney people that tell us it WILL reopen...Some of us have talked to Disney people that say it WON'T.
Only Eisner and his higher up people know for sure.

The spirit of this group will prevail and we will talk about this until the CoP is torn to the ground. That's what these boards are for....discussing rumors....so I don't agree that we should drop this subject....sorry.:xmasmile:
