Carott cake cookie/allergy question

I can't answer the question on the Carrot Cake Cookie, but I can tell you what I've seen at Quick Service locations in regards to allergy/ingredient questions.
For example, at Flame Tree Barbeque, I've seen a manager come out to the counter with a large binder with all of the items listed, and what their ingredients are. It was also broken into sections by food allergy/aversion. When discussing the various items with the group in front of us, he also had alternatives and substitutes to offer.
I would imagine that the various Quick Service restaurants will have something similar available. On the whole, Disney is very good about guests' allergies/aversions to food ingredients. As long as you ask, you should be taken care of.
