Does the CB Resort have a table service restaurant for breakfast or is it just the food court?

Shutters, the full service restaurant at Caribbean Beach is only open for dinner.

has any one eaten at Shutters? Is it worth going there to eat?

I have eaten there twice in one vacation and it was very, very good. A huge step up from Captain's Tavern, excellent steak, atmosphere, and all the food we ordered was good.

If youre staying at Caribbean, stop in to eat, but if youre staying elsewhere, you can get that food at another park or resort. But very, very good. And it probably had some of the very best wait staff as well, way courteous.
