Caribbean Beach Resort questions!

Was wondering if all of Trinidad South had pirate rooms or just a few select "houses". If they all aren't pirate rooms does anyone knowwhere specifically those rooms are located? My boys really want to stay in them. But I only would actually book those rooms if the rooms closest to Trinidad North were pirate themed and could be requested.

We have stayed all most of the resorts but never here, so we want to give it a try. Yes I know the resort is huge, but I don't mind that at all! The pool here looks amazing!

They are all in the furthest building,cant think of the name, pool is great and if you going to use the hotub, use the one behind the pool, its a little hidden and way fewer kids, have fun

Just stayed here the 1st week of this month. Don't know much about the Pirate rooms but, we LOVED this resort! I had many reservations about this place especially after reading so many bad reviews but, it was great! We were in building 31 Trinidad North which was a short walk to everything! We enjoyed the pools almost every night & felt like we were in the Caribbean! The only negative was that the food court was a bit disappointing after staying at POP & AOA.

I believe all the rooms in Trinidad South are pirate ones. If you pay for a pirate room, I don't think they would let you request a non-pirate room, so you should be okay!

You can request a certain place, but that doesn't mean your request will be granted. Be sure that you'll be happy with what you book so that you aren't let down later.

I haven't stayed in the pirate rooms and can't help you there. I was told that all the rooms in Trinidad South were now pirate rooms.

Thank u all for the replies! We definitely want to stay at CBR because it's one that we never had stayed in before! Still debating wether todo a pirate or regular room! Depends on my tax return this year!

Either way you cannot go wrong, although I think your little Jack Sparrows would love to be in the pirate rooms. Have you seen the pictures of them? They did the theming quite well. The entire resort is wonderful!!

Yes they have seen all the pics and love it! I want to stay there myself! Just wish they were closer or would have done the "prefered" room locations as pirate rooms. Would make more sense...

Unless you are on the Southern end of Trinidad South, the walk to Old Port Royale is not that bad. I would guesstimate no more than 5 minutes. The beautiful landscaping will make for a very pleasurable stroll. I hope you have a very enjoyable trip!!!
