I guess you missed the thread below. It looks to me like Disney are closing it down so I guess if your booked in for when it's closed then you'll be relocated. I would chase your holiday company. Just because they don't know doesn't mean it not happening.

I've been relocated from another hotel and I've known about it months ago. We got upgraded to a 5 star! Last thing you want is to arrive in Orlando and not have any accommodation. It happened to a friend of mine, it took hours to sort out because of the time difference, they could not get hold of the travel company in the UK.

Alternatively you could always contact Disney's Guest Services on the URL below. Ask them to confirm if the hotel is shut on the dates your on holiday. They are very helpful and usually reply within a couple of days.... allow for the 5 hours time difference!

I'm out on the 13th for two weeks! I hope you have a great holiday and you get the hotel sorted out really soon.
