Caribbean Beach question

I have a question for y'all about the Caribbean Beach. I stayed there two years ago and really enjoyed it and had no probems. I have, however, heard a couple of complaints.

Mostly I had a question about the bus service. I have heard a couple of people say it is kinda slow. I don't recall this when I went, but maybe I wasn't paying much attention.

Anybody had any problems with the bus service? I am going in mid-October of this year and wanted to know if this was a big deal or not. Thanks!

I've stayed at the CBR before and I did have a few problems with the buses. They are very crowed. CB is a very large resort so there are more people using the buses. When we left the parks at night when the parks closed, we had to wait forever to get on a bus. The line for CB was longer than ANY OTHER. And I mean WAY longer. It also took forever to get to the main building with the food court. And it was a horrible walk. I will not ever stay there again. I was not impressed with it at all. POR is much better IMO and the bus wait was not as long for us. Also, the walk in POR is so very nice.

Every resort has transportation problems depending on who you talk to. We've stayed at CBR 3x and haven't had bus issues. I wouldn't worry about it too much. But now that you are sensitive to it you may notice any issue with busses more than you would have in the past.

Again you take the chance of having poor bus experiences wherever you stay.

We stayed at CBR at the beginning of October last year and didn't have any problems. The longest I remember waiting for a bus was maybe 20 minutes, but it was usually more like 5-10 minutes. We will be staying there again in the middle of September so I guess we'll see how it goes this time.

We stayed there last year and I never remember it being a problem. I seem to remember actually waiting longer at the parks to get a bus than at the CB. The only thing that bothered me a little is if you stay in Aruba or Jamaca, the buss picks you up first then has to stop at ALL the other bus stops before youc an head off. That actually takes longer than waiting for the bus.

We got suck in the far reaches of Trinidad 2 (why didn't they just call it Tobago?). Anyway, the busses were terrible. At night we were the absolute LAST people to be dropped off, and then we had a very long walk to our room. Combine this with the fact that I wasn't very impressed with the resort in general (except the pool) and the fact that Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside are beautiful, I will never stay at CBR again.

The only time we had a problem with bus service was on Christmas Day going to MGM. I didn't think too much of it because it was Christmas Day and it was only a 30 minute wait.

The bus transportation is terrific. Disney knows it is a large Resort, and many times they will send duplicates and "Special" busses to the CB bus stops b/c there are so many people and they want to dwindle the lines. No big complaints from us.
