Caribbean Beach check in question..

our plane lands in Orlando on Feb. 1st at 10:30, which is a Sunday.

i am sure that when we get to the hotel around noon, the room will not be ready. can we check in our "carry on" luggage at the front desk and go explore the parks, and then come back later in the evening?

we were thinking of going over to Epcot until around five in the afternoon, and then going back and checking on our room.

any suggestions?

Just in case you are not time traveling, yes you can have bell services hold your stuff for you.

We always book the magical express from the airport. Check in at the hotel desk and when the room is ready the resort will take your bags to your room for you. then just show up back at your room after designated time and relax. Its Disney.

Oh, thats it! If you use Magical Express it can time warp you back to the day you really wanted to arrive, like Feb 1st.


If you arrive at the resort around 12:00 noon and it is not a holiday week you will most likely be able to go right to your room. If not just check your bags with bell services. When you check-in they will give you your room number and you can go off to wherever you want like the parks. Later you just go directly back to your room and hit the bell services button on youre phone and ask them to deliver your bags. Typically your bags are there within 1/2 hr. Bell services is available I believe 24 hrs a day, so no rush getting back to your room. Don't forget to tip!
