Career Start Program (Fall 2010)

My name is Troy. I was just curious and looking around to see those that will be in the Fall 2010 Career Start Program?

There aren't many who do Career Start. I did CS two years ago & there were maybe 100 or so of us in total.
Once you get down to Disney, Career Start isn't really separated from the College Program. Both groups do the same roles & get paid the same amount. I had managers that when they went to do my check-in meetings, they didn't know that I was Career Start, they thought I was a regular CP.
If you're looking for people with your arrival date, I suggest searching on Facebook, not only for the Career Start groups, but also the College Program groups.

I was CareerStart too, and I don't think I met anyone who was CS when I was there, they were all college program. There is really no difference at all, it's just a different application process. Once you get there, CS and CP are the exact same. Most of my managers/coworkers didn't even know what CareerStart was or that they even offered such a thing. I had a fun time explaining it whenever someone asked where I went to school or what my major was.
