We will be staying at a Disney Resort, (Caribbean Beach Resort)can we drive over and park at another resort (say the Poly) if we are having diner or shopping at the Poly?

I know the answer should be yes, just looking for peace of mind, thx in advance.

Yes you can. When you check in you will be given a parking pass. Keep this on the dash for your entire stay. It entitles you to free parking on WDW property. Just tell the guard at the gate you are having a meal there & it will be no problem. You can also use the bus & monorail service. Have fun.

Those passes are great!

You can also take the busses from Downtown Disney to other hotels, we sometimes will go resort hopping to get away from all the people!

Have fun!

Thanks for the info.
Been to the world many times, but never had a rental car.

Figured that this time we would get one so that we can easily get to the other resorts and activities without having to do bus transfers.

Thanks again for the affirmation that you can go park at any of the resorts.

You can park at the Polynesian, but be aware that if you are not staying there there is a time limit (I think two hours but I could be wrong), I believe to stop people from parking there when they are going to the Magic Kingdom.

2-4 hour time limit... depends on how busy they are.

It really isn't enforced often (I've never seen it enforced anyway... that still doesn't mean you should do it though), but when they do enforce it, they generally tow the car to another parking lot. For the MK area, it's the Car Care Center... AK, they town it to the AK Costuming Building. Nowhere too
