We will be in Disney in March and plan to visit family in West Palm Beach after our stay. Will we be able to arrange a car rental at the concierge desk at The Beach Club and return it to The airport in West Pam Beach? Thanks for your answers.

Your best would be to rent a car over at the Swan/Dolphin - just a short walk away. You will be able to return it in West Palm Beach but may cost a bit more because of returning it to a different location than were it originated.

While the lobby concierge can help you book a rental car, you'll probably get a better deal if you pre-book it beforehand. Both Alamo and National have desks at the Dolphin and the Car Care Center. Spend a couple minutes on each of their websites and try pickup at each of their two locations, then book the one that gives the best deal.
If it's the Dolphin, you can just walk over from the Beach Club. If it's Car Care Center, you can arrange for them to send a van out to pick you up and bring you to the rental desk.
