I was told that you can rent a car at either Swan or Dolphin hotel. Is that true and how can I get info on it?

Yes, you can do that. But I always prefer to book my ride through my vacation package organizer. Like when I was in Florida in may and I booked my car through http://www.tripntourpackages.com/ as they organized my trip. Renting a car from such rental service provider is really a good deal as they are are available with lots of deals and discounts.
