Car rental - do they pick-up??

HI EVERYONE!!

We typically fly and use Magical Express when travelling to WDW, so we were wondering what car rental location would be the best to use in WDW. Would like one to use for a two day car rent for a side trip to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove.

Can someone tell me if they pick you up and drop you off from your WDW hotel or if not what is the best and easiest to get to.

Our travel agent booked a car rental at the Hertz located at 7471 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee (was the cheapest rate), but I'm thinking that getting to them and getting back to the WDW hotel will be a hassle. Looks like they close at about 5pm - this would be before I would return the car on the 2nd day (returning car around 8pm after park closes) - will they still be present to give a ride back to the hotel??

You can book Alamo/National at the Car Care Center (they will pick you up and take you back as well) or the Dolphin resort has an Alamo/National as well. There is a Hertz in Downtown Disney area at I believe the Hilton (we are possibly going to use them) I believe I also read there is on at Shades of Green as well. You may not get the absolute cheapest rate but it's easy to get to them without having to pay a cab to take you there and then again to come and pick you up.

If you are a AAA member or a wholesale club member they also offer you discounts, my Alamo rental for a compact (which will get upgraded because I had a coupon code and also getting a 25% discount from my BJ's membership) will be $39 for a day with tax included.

For a Hertz with a 25% discount and free upgrade to Premium from Hilton, we are looking at around $100 or a bit more (been a few days since I looked)
