Is car parking still free if you are staying in wdw hotel ?

Parking is free on property. Swan and Dolphin charge, I believe.

If staying on Disney property, parking is free at all disney parks. At hotel check in, you will receive a placard to display in your car. Show this to the attendant as you go through the toll gates.

Yep and you can park at the various hotels for free as well (except for Swan & Dolphin), you would still pay for valet parking though.

Unless you've got a Handicap parking placard, then valet is free.
