Had breakfast there three times last week (not on the same day!). Boringly, I had the Mickey Waffle with a side of blueberries and orange juice each time. On morning two, our waiter was Todd, an older gentleman. At first, we weren't sure if Todd hadn't had his morning coffee, or if he was a potential serial killer. Then we realized that Todd just has an extremely droll sense of humour. So if you get Todd, don't be afraid - like we were at first! He's quite fun once you get it.
The next morning we had a very nice young woman who was a bit ditsy. Instead of blueberries she brought me currents (I believe), which is an odd thing for them to have in the kitchen for breakfast. Then she charged me $3.09 for my OJ even though it's $1.59 on the menu. When I mentioned the overcharge she assured me it was $3.09. "It's very expensive," she said. She didn't charge me the $1 for the blueberry/currents(?) so I figure it worked out. And she was so cheery I didn't want to spoil her morning by pointing out her error on the menu. Besides, the laughs were worth the 50 cent overall discrepancy.
So enjoy the Captain's Grille, and be prepared for quirky staff!
