I am wondering the same thing. We will be there next month and am hoping the changes will not affect our experience too much. I'm hoping anyone who has been there since the changes will post their opinions.

According to another Message board that I am lurker at, there is a few changes. No more Oreo Bon-Bons and got replaced with another chocolate dessert according a DIS board member.
A DIS Board member claims there is no more roast chicken, but have baked Chicken legs instead. I have no idea if there is any other changes.
