Can't scan my print out into My Disney Expereince!

I am trying to set up some Fast Passes. I don't have our physical pass tickets, just the print outs from the computer & I can't scan them into my phone. Am I doing something wrong? Or can I not do it without the actual tickets?

I tried, didn't work either. Guess I have to have the actual pass ugh!

What do you have, the will call vouchers? Maybe Disney IT can help you link them.

Yes just the printout that you use to pick up the tickets. Will it be too late to get FP if I set them up the night before we hit the parks you think?

I'd definitely try calling IT to see if they can get them linked for you, unless they're maybe already linked to whatever MDE account they were purchased with. (407) 939-4357

You may have trouble getting the big things, like 7DMT or Anna and Elsa, but if you're flexible on times you should find most things
