Can't make online payments

It's actually on the Disneyland website. It asks for my 8 digit reservation number (even though it's a 12 digit number), then just says it can't find the reservation. Anyone have this issue on WDW's site?

I have a room only reservation at Disneyland.

Kind of funny talking to the WD Travel Company out there. CM's at WDW do everything so fast and the call usually last less than a minute (once you get through). At Disneyland, it's almost as if taking payments is new to them.
