Hi there. I used to be Hank Scorpio... however my account seems to have been deactivated so I had to sign in as a new user to log the fault as emailing steve didn't seem to have any effect.
Anyways, everything was fine up to about a month ago. Then I changed jobs so I signed into wdwmagic and changed my email address. I was told that i'd be sent a confirmation email to confirm my new address. Well - that email never arrived and of course I left my job so I couldn't use my old address either. Now whenever I sign into the forums as Hank Scorpio, i'm told that I don't have permission to browse the forums or post messages! HELP! I don't want to lose my old account as i'd built up a nice profile and I don't want people to think i'm a newbie!
I also tried signing up a new user as 'MrMoo' but I never recieved the confirmation email for that account either.
Oh - and while i'm at it id quite like to change my username too! Maybe merge the three profiles together?
Any help would be appreciated!
