Hello Everyone, I'm doing everything possible to be able to go to the Happiest Place on Earth as soon as possible, and I find that the soonest possible is not the soonest that I would like to go. Lol Did you understand! :P Well Anyways I have to options:
December 16th to 19th (3 night stay)
January 2nd to January 8th (6 night stay)
Should, I wait and go with January or go sooner with December?
PS: I Wish I was rich... If anyone know about Renting DVC Points please explain, how that works and if I could save money with that? :)

I'd go in December. It's Christmastime during Christmastime. January will give you Christmastime (dwindling a bit each day), but you'll be long over Christmas. I never liked arriving to find Christmas still going on when I'd been done with it at home.

Also, please go back to using non-bold font and align on the left instead of center. It's easier for us to read that way. :)

Happiest Place on Earth, as in Disneyland?

December! You will be there before the crowds arrive. Jan you would be there when it was still crowded. Jan may give you more days but with the added crowds time to do less things with the lines. Dec you will breeze threw and get more done!

Actually that week before Christmas is pretty jam-packed. Not as much as Christmas Day, but quite enough. If you wanted December, I tell people early December. Like for instance, would have said 10th thru the 13th. But closer you get, the more crowded it will be. I'd go longer in January. More days plus actually things start clearing out after New Year's Day.

Actually, the crowds are tied to when the schools are out for winter break. For us, we'll still be in school during your Dec dates but many will still be on vacation that first week in Jan. So, I would probably go in Dec.

Dec = the park will be decorated and running at full tilt
Jan - the park will be in transition, and more chance of things being down for refurb..

Touringplans has those dec days as the park as being dead (1s and 2s) - I would enjoy the park at it's best in Dec.. vs it's downtime in Jan.

Would love to be on DL in December. Guess ill have to settle for August and enjoy Christmas again in WDW!!
Ps raven. Can't wait to be in DL

Christmas at Disneyland means "it's a small world" Holiday and Haunted Mansion Holiday!:D

That's okay you're going in August because the summer fireworks are way better than the winter ones. I'm excited for your trip! The new Fantasyland show will be debuting right before you get here. Perfect timing.:)
