Cannot Search on iPhone

I am unable to search the forums on my iPhone X running the iOS 13.1 Public Beta. This was also an issue on the early betas of iOS 13.0 that I had attributed to being an early beta. I am unable to select the search bars and enter text. The problem does not exist on my iPad Pro running iPad OS 13.1.
