I attended a dinner in Canada last year. It was wonderful! I do know that you get a salad, dinner, and dessert with the package. They give you a menu with roughly 10 different choices to choose from each column (Ex: You get to pick one out of the appitizer column, one out of entree, and one out of dessert). They do have a variety to choose from, they do not decide for you. I also believe that the tip is included. The only thing you have to pay for is your drink.
