Can anyone tell me exactly what this is? I know it's a retelling of the Christmas story and all that. But is it somewhat like a parade or do you actually have to be seated in the theatre and everything or could you simply observe from the walk ways around the showcase?

ALso, does it require an extra ticket, a l MVMCP?

Its a theatre presentation.

No you don't need an extra ticket HOWEVER, to be sure of getting a seat it would be wise to purchase one of the CP meal packages. Otherwise you're standing in line with other guests and no guarantee of getting in

I agree with purchasing the dining package, then you don't have to wait in line. But even if you don't get a seat you can still see the show from outside the theater. It is a terrific show, not to be missed.

I have seen the show and it was well worth standing in line. We did not purchase a meal package (cheap to the bone :)) but we only waited about 45 minutes in line. The quality of the performance is very professional and I would place this on a "do not miss" holiday list at EPCOT. The show involves a large choir, an orchestra, some of the Voices of Liberty singers, and a celebrity narrator reading the Christmas story from different sections of the Bible.

we absolutely love this show, if you didn't have to eat before the show we would definitely buy the dinner package. as we want to go to the 5:15 show we'd have to eat at 3 or so, and thats too early for us.
